Dear Dancers, Coaches and Fans,

 

            The NLS Dance team, Coaches and Dance USA would like to invite you to our fourth annual competition to be organized by Dance USA.  We have had great feed back from the dance teams and coaches who have competed at this competition.  Comments such as “Great Day”, “well organized”, “friendly host team”, “great accommodations and gym” are among responses we have received.   The JAM Judges love their location for judging at this competition.  For teams who haven’t competed at this location, you are in for a great treat.  We welcome back all the teams from last year and are anxious to great all the new teams who will join us this year. 

 

            We will have competition in all classes (Jr. High, JV, A, AA, and AAA) in both High Kick and Jazz Funk.  We do not group classes but if there are three or fewer teams in a division, we will give the teams the scores of another division to compare their performance to.  With this option, no teams have to worry that they will be bumped into a higher division yet they will have scores to compare their routine to.

 

            The Judges will be selected by JAM (the Judges Association of Minnesota).  They are MSHSL certified and are trained by JAM.  These judges are highly knowledgeable in the rules set by the MSHSL and are unbiased and impartial.  Every JAM judges will give the most accurate score humanly possible.

 

            The fee for this competition is $75.00 per team to do High Kick or Jazz Funk or both.  The registration can be made on line and a copy along with the registration fee can be made out to and sent to Dance USA, 6079 50th Ave. SW, Montevideo, MN 5625.  If you have any questions, please contact Dance USA at 320-269-5150, fax 320-269-5160 or Sharon’s cell phone 320-226-0366.
